The Somatic Bodywork + NeuroSound Reset™ Journey is the signature experience available exclusively at Mind & Body Reset. It is not massage, chiropractic care, or energy work. It is a thoughtfully curated, multisensory wellness journey designed to help you step away from daily demands and reconnect with yourself through intentional somatic touch, immersive sound, guided awareness, and deep nervous system relaxation. Our philosophy is simple: when the body feels safe, the mind naturally quiets, breathing slows, and the whole person has the opportunity to rest more deeply. Every journey is personalized and may incorporate gentle somatic touch, myofascial-inspired techniques, intentional compression, passive stretching, guided breathing, mindful stillness, Himalayan and crystal singing bowls, Koshi chimes, therapeutic vibration, aromatherapy, ambient lighting, and immersive soundscapes. Every element is intentionally woven together to create a space where you can simply let go. Rather than trying to "fix" you, this experience encourages greater awareness of your body, breath, thoughts, and inner experience. Guests often describe feeling calmer, lighter, more grounded, mentally clear, emotionally refreshed, deeply relaxed, and fully present. A defining feature of this journey is its integration with NeuroSound Reset™. While this service does not include the creation of a personalized NeuroSound Reset™ recording, clients who already own one are highly encouraged to listen to it during their session. Entering a deeply relaxed state while hearing your personalized recording can reinforce the positive messages you've intentionally chosen, deepen presence, reduce mental distractions, strengthen the mind-body connection, and create continuity between your home practice and your in-office experience. No two journeys are ever the same. Each session is thoughtfully adapted to your individual goals, stress levels, and preferences. There is no scripted routine or one-size-fits-all approach—only an invitation to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with yourself. Cancellation Policy
Mind & Body Reset, LLC – Financial & Treatment Policy By scheduling an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to the following: Mind & Body Reset, LLC is a private-pay, out-of-network healthcare practice. Neither Mind & Body Reset nor any of its providers participate with any insurance network. We do not accept Medicare or Medicaid. Patients are solely responsible for all charges regardless of insurance eligibility, verification, Assignment of Benefits (AOB), claim status, reimbursement, deductibles, copays, coinsurance, or denials. Insurance verification is provided only as a courtesy and is not a guarantee of payment. Insurance claims are submitted only upon patient request AS A COURTESY and only for eligible chiropractic services provided by Dr. Oneyke Berry, DC, and certain medically necessary massage therapy services when approved and provided under the direction of Dr. Oneyke Berry, DC. Submission of a claim does not guarantee reimbursement. If insurance is billed, you authorize Assignment of Benefits (AOB); however, you remain fully responsible for any unpaid balance. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, cash, HSA/FSA cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, Tap-to-Pay, Care Credit, HFC, Klarna, and Affirm (subject to approval). HSA/FSA eligibility is determined by your plan and IRS rules. Patients are responsible for verifying eligible expenses and providing an alternate payment method if an HSA/FSA transaction is declined. Ask about our discounted cash package options. Chiropractic adjustments, massage therapy, and integrative wellness services involve inherent risks, including temporary soreness, stiffness, muscle spasms, headaches, dizziness, fatigue, and, although rare, more serious complications. No guarantees are made regarding diagnosis, treatment outcomes, pain relief, recovery, or insurance reimbursement. NeuroSound Reset™, sound therapy, and other wellness services are wellness services and are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or emergency care. Cancellation Policy: We require 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice and missed appointments ("No-Shows") may be charged up to the full appointment fee. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require prepayment before future appointments. By booking online or receiving services, you acknowledge that you've read, understand, and agree to this policy.
