Service Description

Somatic Bodywork with Nathaniel is a body-based reset experience focused on helping the nervous system downshift, release stored tension, and reconnect the body with a deeper sense of calm. This session may support clients experiencing physical stress patterns, pain, emotional holding, chronic tension, burnout, or nervous system overload. Nathaniel’s approach integrates body awareness, nervous system regulation, and whole-person care to help clients feel more grounded, restored, and connected to themselves.
